Welcome to the Biomedical Sciences Program at Windsor University School of Medicine

On behalf of the faculty and staff, I would like to personally welcome you to the Biomedical Sciences Program at Windsor University School of Medicine (WUSOM). Thank you for choosing Windsor as the next step in your academic journey toward a career in medicine.

At Windsor, we are committed to providing a strong academic foundation that prepares students for the rigor of medical education. Our Biomedical Sciences program is specifically designed to strengthen your knowledge in the core sciences, develop critical thinking skills, and prepare you for successful entry into the MD program.  The Biomedical Sciences program is designed to provide you with the academic strength, confidence, and scientific foundation necessary to transition successfully into medical school. Our curriculum focuses on building strong fundamentals while also helping you develop the study habits, discipline, and critical thinking skills required to succeed in a rigorous MD program.

Located on our beautiful campus at Brighton’s Estate in St. Kitts, our students benefit from a supportive learning environment, dedicated faculty, and modern educational facilities. Our goal is not only to prepare you academically but also to help you develop the discipline, study strategies, and professional mindset required to succeed in medical school.

The Biomedical Sciences program serves as an important pathway into the MD program by equipping students with the prerequisite knowledge and competencies needed for success in the Basic Sciences curriculum. Through structured coursework and academic guidance, we aim to ensure you are fully prepared for the challenges ahead.
