What documents are required for admission into the Pre-Med or Biomedical Sciences program?

Applicants must submit the following documents as part of the admission process:

High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
Official Transcripts from previously attended institutions
An official credential evaluation report from a recognized evaluation service (only for international (non-U.S./non-Canadian) applicants)
Letters of Recommendation
Personal Essay/Statement of Purpose
Extracurricular Activities and Achievements
