The Biomedical Sciences Program at Windsor University School of Medicine is accredited and approved by the Government of St. Kitts and Nevis and is chartered by the Ministry of Education.

Windsor University School of Medicine is accredited by the St. Christopher and Nevis Accreditation Board, the national accreditation authority responsible for ensuring the quality and standards of higher education institutions in the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis. The University is duly licensed and chartered by the Ministry of Education to operate and grant degrees.
