Financial Support for U.S. Students

Financing your medical education should not prevent you from pursuing your goals. Eligible WUSOM U.S. students can apply for private education loans through our approved lending partner.

Private education loan options are available for eligible U.S. citizens and permanent residents from Illinois, Minnesota, Michigan, New York, and California. Our admissions team is here to help you explore your financing options.

Federal loans just got capped. WUSOM already has your financing covered.

New federal rules cap borrowing at $200,000 lifetime and eliminate Grad PLUS loans, leaving many Caribbean MD students short before graduation. WUSOM students have access to private educational loan options designed to fund their full MD journey, without the gaps.

Private loan options. Scholarship opportunities. Your MD, fully funded.

As federal lending limits tighten for professional students, WUSOM’s financing partnerships ensure you have access to private educational loans and institutional support, so the cost of medical school never stands between you and a career in medicine.
